How the scenario math works

  1. Weekly administrative hours are multiplied by 52 and by your assumed reduction percentage.
  2. Monthly job volume is multiplied by 12 and by your assumed minutes reduced per job.
  3. The two modeled hour amounts are added together.
  4. The total is multiplied by the loaded hourly cost you enter.
