1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Colony Core ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Colony Core provides drone business management software including job tracking, flight logs, equipment management, scheduling, and invoicing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years old; if you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Payment

• Colony Core is currently operating in beta, and live billing may not be active for current users
• If paid subscriptions are introduced, billing terms and payment processing details will be presented at that time
• Future paid plans may be billed monthly or annually once enabled
• Fees for future paid plans will be governed by the then-current commercial terms

6. Data Ownership and Backup

• You retain ownership of all data you input
• We provide backups designed to support recovery
• You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups
• You may export your data at any time

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

Colony Core and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Colony Core and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colony Core shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colony Core from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except you may assert claims in small claims court.
