Four Steps to Running Operations

2. Create a Job
Add your first job with client details, site location, and service type. This is the only step required to start getting value from ColonyCore. Everything else builds on top of jobs.
3. Fly and Log
Complete your flight and log it in ColonyCore. Flight logs automatically link to jobs and equipment records. Flight hours accumulate against aircraft for maintenance tracking.
4. Invoice and Get Paid
Generate an invoice from the completed job. Client details, service info, and pricing carry forward. Send to your client and track payment status through Stripe.
